The Las Vegas Paiute Resort is home to three great courses, Snow Mountain, Sun Mountain and The Wolf. All three courses were designed by Pete Dye. The resort has won many awards and accolades, not only for the golf experience it provides but also for the quality of the facilities. The Resort is rated a 4.5 stars by Golf Digest Places to Play.  

The Sun Mountain course was the second 18 to open at Paiute (after the Snow) and features rye grass fairways, bent grass greens, pot bunkers and the famous Dye railroad tie bunkers. Four sets of tees range from 5465 to 7112 yds with spectacular views of Mount Charleston and the Sheep Mountains. The fairways are generous but the bunkers and water are a constant threat.   The Pauite Resort can challenge players with strong winds so be ready to drop down a tee box to give yourself a chance!
